4. Lender payoff estoppel letter
Statement of loan clearance for lender signature agreeing to close out the loan upon payment of the agreed upon price by the purchaser of the vehicle

5. Bill of sale transferring to purchaser
Agreement by the purchased to pay the specified amount for the collateral motor vehicle EXAMPLE

6. Affidavit of non-related parties
Signed statement declaring that the purchaser is not a relative of the buyer, and is not receiving any special consideration for the purchase other than that listed on the bill of sale

7. Investigative report by licensed agency
Statement from a certified licensed investigative agency declaring that no relationship was found between the parties

8. Financial calculation sheet
Listing of current employment, income and debts of the borrower to demonstrate to the lender that no excessive assets or savings are owned by the debtor

9. Official Lien Release request form
Form to be signed by the lender releasing the lien from the official DMV title record EXAMPLE

10. Application for new title
Official DMV form for buyers signature to obtain a new clean title for the vehicle EXAMPLE
